Ministries We Support
Supporting national-led ministries is not a new concept, but opportunities to do so effectively have often been limited. In many cases, financial support naturally follows American missionaries. Heritage Baptist Coalition exists to help bridge that gap by directing resources where they can have the greatest impact—reaching the plentiful harvest through faithful national leaders.
HBC’s work with national ministries began in India. Since our founding in 2014, we have partnered with pastors, teachers, and ministry leaders to support a wide range of practical, gospel-centered efforts. These include vocational training programs for women, care and provision for orphans, schooling and education, transportation for pastors serving multiple villages, rented facilities for churches and ministry gatherings, the purchase of land, building construction and other needs for ministry use.
These projects meet real needs and produce immediate results. As a result, churches are growing stronger and ministries are expanding—often at a fraction of the cost of traditional missions.
While India remains a key area of focus, HBC also supports training opportunities for pastors and church leaders in the Philippines, Sri Lanka, and parts of the Middle East, including Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Our work in India serves as a model for what we seek to replicate throughout the 10/40 Window.
As national ministries become self-supporting, HBC shifts its resources to new regions where the need is greatest. Through these partnerships, we aim to strengthen local churches, equip faithful leaders, and support gospel work in some of the world’s most spiritually underserved areas.
